Dr Valente completed his Master of Surgery in Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery through the University of Sydney, Australia. Dr Valente is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery (ACCS) after completing an intense two-year surgical fellowship both Nationally and Internationally. He also holds memberships with The American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM).

Carmen has experience in managing patients with diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, cardiovascular disease, coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, weight management, PCOS, and insulin resistance.

Mary has been helping the residents of Ermington since 2005. She brings a wealth of experience having worked in Intensive Care, Hospital wards and General Practice both here and in the UK.
VANESSA DHIACOU

Vanessa is much appreciated by both staff and patients. She is adept in all areas of Practice Nursing, including vaccinations, ECG, spirometry, blood taking and chronic disease management.
JESSICA BALE
Registered Nurse
Jessica graduated from UWS with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2014. Since then she has gained experience working in Primary Healthcare nursing and has completed further training in:
Wound care, wound closure and suturing, Immunisation, ear health and irrigation, Implanon instertion and removal, LGBTQI awareness training, Indigenous cultural awareness training, womens health (cervical screening).
TONI BALE
Practice Manager
Toni is the longest serving member of our team. She is now into her third decade as Practice Manager. She has been critical in the transition through the various changes in ownership, location, computerisation, incorporation of Nursing and Allied Health and practice growth we have experienced over the last 20 plus years.
